To ensure that we maintain a safe and trusted marketplace, LootPost.com and all its related and affiliated websites (“LootPost”) and to avoid the use of LootPost for unauthorized or unintended purposes, we require you and all other users of LootPost (each, a “User”) to agree and to comply with these Prohibited Site Use Policy (the “Policy”). The Policy set forth the acceptable and prohibited uses of LootPost and are in addition to the other Terms of Service. By accessing LootPost, or any of LootPost Services after the effective date, you agree to this Policy. You are also independently responsible for complying with all acceptable laws to your use of LootPost or the LootPost Services whether or not they are covered by this Policy.
The uses described in this Policy are prohibited regardless on where on LootPost they occur. These activities include, but are not limited to, posting of questions, proposals, message exchange between Users and/or LootPost research writers (the “LootPost Scout”), communications with customer service or disputes, and User or LootPost Scout feedback.
You many not use, encourage, promote, facilitate, instruct or induce others to use LootPost and LootPost Services for any activities that (i) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (ii) for any illegal, harmful or offensive purpose or (iii) to transmit, store, display, distribute, or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful or offensive.
These prohibited uses of LootPost or LootPost Services include, but are not limited to:
LootPost and LootPost Services are available for Users and LootPost Scouts to find one another, enter into service relationships, make and receive payments through PayPal, and receive and perform LootPost Scout Services. Users are expected to use LootPost and LootPost Services for their intended purpose and not in contravention or contradiction of their intended purposes. These activities include, but are not limited to:
All profiles, jobs, proposals and other content posted to LootPost must be truthful and not misleading. Information that is considered to be in violation of this Policy includes, but not limited to:
LootPost reserves the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate the violation of any part of this Policy. LootPost may investigate violations and may remove, disable access to, and/or modify any content that violates this Policy.
LootPost may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. LootPost’s reporting may include disclosing appropriate User informtion. LootPost may also cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators and/or other appropriate third parties to aid with the investigation and prosecution of any illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of this Policy.
Users must immediately report any violation of this Policy committed by another or by a LootPost Scout to LootPost via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or through telephone at 646.807.9343.
By reporting any violation of this Policy, you agree to assist LootPost with any investigation we undertake and to take any remedial steps we require in order to correct any and all violation of this Policy.
